If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us via text message, email, or phone call at least two hours in advance to qualify for a refund or to reschedule your ride. Cancellations made less than two hours before the scheduled pickup time will be non-refundable, and the full fare amount will be forfeited. Waiting Time Fee We provide a 15-minute grace period for all pickups. After the first 15 minutes, a waiting fee of $10 per additional 15 minutes will apply.
